Moshe (Mooky) Greidinger, CEO I.T. International Theatres Ltd., to Receive the International Exhibitor of the Year at ShoWest this year.

Mitch Neuhauser, co-managing director of ShoWest made the announcement in Los Angeles. “Mooky Greidinger has
taken his prowess for building and operating state-of-the art theatre complexes in Israel and expanded to Central
Europe with great success,” said Neuhauser. “Moviegoers in Hungary, The Czech Republic, Poland and Bulgaria are
watching movies in grand style thanks to Mooky’s drive and energy and ShoWest is pleased to honor him as its 2004
International Exhibitor of the Year.”
Greidinger joined the family business, founded by his grandfather, in 1976 after three years of service in the IDF
(Israeli Defense Forces). For the past 15 years he has served as CEO of I.T. International Theaters Ltd.
In 1982Greidinger headed the team that opened the first multiplex in Israel, a move that changed the Israeli
exhibition environment. Since then I.T., under the name Rav Chen, has been the leading exhibitor and has reached
120 screens in Israel.
In 1997, Greidinger lead the company into its Central Europe expansion, which started in Hungary and then
broadened to The Czech Republic, Poland and Bulgaria. I.T. runs its Central Europe operation under the brand name
Cinema City and currently runs 118 screens (11 multiplexes) in Poland, 88 screens (12 multiplexes) in Hungary and
27 screens (3 multiplexes) in The Czech Republic.
The group also runs a total of 353 screens in four territories and is aiming to reach 500 screens in five territories
within the next three years. (100 screens are already scheduled for opening in 2004-2005.)
In addition, Greidinger has lead the group to exclusive deals with IMAX Corporation for Central Europe and opened
the first IMAX Theatre in the region in 2000 in Warsaw, Poland. Since then, two additional IMAX Theatres were
opened in Krakow and Katowice in Poland and one in Prague. The group is planning to open an additional five IMAX
Theatres in: Budapest, Hungary; Sofia, Bulgaria; Lodz, Poland and other countries.
I.T.’s subsidiary in Israel is Forum Film Ltd., which is a leading distributor in the country representing, among
others, The Walt Disney Company. Forum Film Ltd. has twice won the annual best distributor award in the past six
years.
Greidinger is active in community contribution: he serves as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the prestigious
Hebrew Reali School of Halfa; he serves as an Honorary Consul of Norway to the North of Israel; is a Board Member
of Hamacabi in Haifa; and supports a variety of other charities in Israel and abroad.
