Filmmaking is not just something that happens in Hollywood.
There are film companies in countries all over the world. These
international filmmakers bring to the film community some great
works in movie making.
ShoWest offers awards to many of the international filmmakers
they feel have added to this growing community and also
seminars at the convention.
Last year we reported on these events, as they too are a very
important part of the film community. The seminars are also
very interesting to see how other countries approach the art of
filmmaking.
This year Russia is doing a seminar about their film industry...it
sounds like it too will be a very interesting seminar.
